Project Completion - The Yarrow Building, East Kent College

The extensive regeneration works to the existing Grade II Listed Victorian House are now complete.

Originally a convalescent home for children, The Yarrow Building which has more recently used as an education facility for East Kent College, has been transformed into a four star training hotel.

The works completed by WW Martin, provide the College with a fantastic new education and training facility, providing students with a unique opportunity to learn and develop their skills across a number of sectors including hospitality, hair and beauty, and catering amongst others.

The hotel which is open to the public accommodates 30 no. guest rooms, a training restaurant, skills and training kitchens, bar and lounge events room, hair and nail salon and a beauty spa.
