We were appointed by Thanet District Council to work on this residential project at 24 Ethelbert Crescent, Margate, converting seven existing units into two maisonettes and one flat.

The building is located in a sensitive area with adjoining properties, access roads and footpaths in constant use. We planned our works carefully to minimise disruption and inconvenience to the public.
