Working with Kent County Council, this £3.5m project involved the completed refurbishment of the existing Doubleday House office block and then rebuilding the existing Kent Highway Services depot. It included building a brand new roof, envelope and finishes.

Our work on site under this contract also involved extensive groundworks, including the construction of a new salt barn, a brand new storage area, new vehicle wash, weighbridge, new offices, roads, parking bays and drainage.

Associated works on this project included landscaping, hardstandings, provision of hot box, brine pumping facility, diesel tank and chemical storage.
