Following the successful completion of the Phase 1 works to the Bread Factory (a Grade II Listed former Flour Mill built in 1865 which was converted into nineteen apartments and three houses), works to Phase 2 are now complete.

Phase 2 provides seven new light, spacious and contemporary townhouses adjacent to the original mill at The Bread Factory. These impressive new homes each benefit from three bedrooms, bespoke high-quality kitchens and bathrooms, and private parking.

Located on a challenging site, extensive groundwork was undertaken including the construction of a significant concrete piled retaining wall to overcome the sloping nature of the site. This work helped provide the levels required for the construction of the three-storey townhouses, maximising the space available on the site and providing a secure platform to then build the two-storey timber frame above the basement ground floor.
