This project was secured on a negotiated basis and has been delivered in multiple phases over a number of years.

The first phase in 2009 included 13 houses, a Community Centre and Doctor's Surgery. We forged an excellent working relationship with the client, and since theb have been able to successfully negotiate three further phases of work on the site.

The overall project has involved a multiple number of apartments and houses and is in excess of £13m.

The final phase of work consisted of 11 town houses, two apartments and associated 278 Works. All units are built in traditional style with piled foundations, beam & block floors, brick & blockwork cavity walling with slate roofing.

The site was logistically challenging, with access for all site traffic restricted to one designated route, avoiding a densely populated area and two local primary schools.
