This project was secured on a negotiated basis with a new client to provide 67 new apartments over five storeys.

Set within its own private gated community and featuring landscaped courtyards and open vistas overlooking Westbrook Bay, this development is part of a series of recent developments to the Grade II listed former Royal Sea Bathing Hospital.

Logistically the site was extremely challenging, due to the fact that the site was “distressed” and our client was going through the process of purchasing the site.

We worked in collaboration with the client in order to assist the purchase and undertake various enabling and investigation works as part of the overall due diligence.

The RC frame had been erected, however needed extensive repairs and alterations in order to warrant a sound structure. Various demolition of defective work was undertaken prior to completing the project to a high standard.
