34 Radnor Cliff is a new residential development comprising of 11 apartments and a beach house, situated on an elevated site with spectacular southerly views overlooking the English Channel.

Constructed on two levels the project has CFA piled foundations, reinforced concrete ground beams and pile caps, a structural steel frame with a composite steel deck and reinforced concrete floors.

The external fabric of building comprises steel purlins, a combination of external render, Trespa cladding and cedar panelling.

The scheme is of a striking contemporary design, while remaining respectful of it's setting in a road that has some fine early Victorian properties.

Each apartment has either a south-facing balcony or patio, and all benefit from a private access through the development down to the beach.
