We successfully completed the refurbishment of the existing two-storey offices at St Peter's House in Broadstairs to provide Kent County Council with new office space.

The works involved the extensive refurbishment of the original offices to create a new modern space for the Council, involving brand-new open-plan offices, with all the facilities needed to help towards producing a more efficient way of working.

We have worked closely with Clague Architects to deliver this excellent new office under KCC's 'New Ways of Working Programme', It has been designated a 'Key Office Hub' aimed at supporting and improving the operational delivery of social care.

Following a Health & Safety Awards ceremony hosted by H&K Safety Services, this project achieved the ‘Excellence Award’ in the category of ‘Large Refurbishment Project’,
