The construction of twelve new build houses including eight 3-bedroom semi-detached and four 4-bedroom terraced properties at Tomlin Drive in Margate.
Tomlin Drive is one of four sites to be redeveloped as Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes programme, which will deliver 49 high-quality new homes to meet the housing needs of local families across four strategic locations in Thanet.
