The development of nine new self-contained flats at Clements Road in Ramsgate, consisting of four 1-bedroom and five 2-bedroom units.
Clements Road is one of four sites that has been redeveloped as Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes programme, which delivered 49 high-quality new homes to meet the housing needs of local families across four strategic locations in Thanet.
